So I guess my question is, what was the issue of sugar (which also has to go through a fermentation process) and the worries of the control of the sugar brought up when we are the nation with the largest ability to produce corn and obtain it from struggleing USA farmers. IMO, the sugar for production might not be that big a deal. Or have I missed the point? Nez Oh yeah, soy is another good source.
