You're right about the 'dog days of summer'. I know there are people who have a strong interest in this stock, but they are no where near there computers for most of the month of August. It is also difficult to get certain key players in the advancement of the operation to move during this time of the year, but I think there are a lot of 'balls in the air' that should land soon.
