I just went back through the prospectus from the S-1 and could it be Josh Sasson from 31 Group? Think about it his promissory note he gave them was for $1M. If the entire shelf registration of +24M shares is sold at these levels he gets his principal back plus the interest from the note plus the warrants and he needs to sell the shares because the terms limit Sasson from ever owning more than 9.99% of the common outstanding shares.
