GFCI..

If you don't say anything you of course can't be charged... It is obvious to me that the only thing that has been accomplished with the release from Dial and GFCI was a calming of the nerves of the cheerleaders... In the release of the spinn-out a reference was made to the ex-dividend date and how it hinged on fillings being made in a proper manner.. As all assumed this spin-out was a done deal the next line of conversation was to get the "shorts"... Millions of shares have traded since then and at one point GFCI was up a triple from the lows of a few days before.... NOW TALK OF SHARE COUNTS HAVE GONE FROM OVER 100 MIL TO LESS THAN 20 MIL... And all the shorts have to cover and find an extra 1.89 shares of the spinn-out.....If there are shorts in gfci I personally believe they are no larger than the amount necessary to maintain an orderly market by marketmakers... Shorts have always been easy to blame but rarely have they cause the downfall of any trading model and the best short squeeze that iI remember was of George Soros when he had to cover his CSCO for over a 1 billion dollar loss... That Short was rarely mentioned because there was no knowledge by the community of it's existance... The Short seller is on ave a trader that turns over his position 20 times more than a long from all sources thatt have made studies... Stock loan depts are the most profitable of any in Wall Street and do not allow naked short sales or loan out stock with out beining able to obtain possion from another source... Firms that are spoken about over seas that allow the shorts to sell anything do not exist because if the shares are sold into US markets shares would have to be deposited with CEDE company within normal trading timeframes.. If these shares were sold by a non NASD member they would of been bought in long ago and the firm making the sales would of been barred from dealing with a member NASD firm.. The short story is and has been always been the reason why stocks with questional share counts and finanicals go down,, Never is it brought out by the cheer leaders that If they don't know what they own or have any communication with the company the concern of holding the stock outweighs all the great projections of the cheerleaders...GFCI has seen it's high of this move in my opinion and as each day goes by the chance of that NO Comment letter arriving before May 1 becomes slimmer and slimmer... As I said before the GFCI holders recieved good news the other day,, Now they must decide if they are believers or followers of the Cheerleaders... Most are even on thier investments once again and are wondering if the spinn-out will occur and if GFCI will release finanicals.... I would question again what is the sharecount and where are the finanicals,, because if the shares were never increased and the float was never as large as people thought GFCI would of pulled off the hat trick and Dial and his partners would be laughing all the way to the bank... All they would of needed was free and trading stock to loan out on each and every swing to the upside and cover on each and every fall... This would explain how not one but two companies could trade thier floats over and over again with out any thing other than a promise.. May is close and if it is to be accomplished a filling should of been done prior to it's announcement... My guess is that the share count is far less than 37 mil shares and insiders already own the spin-out stock not thru the GFCI shares but for the services they provided.. That would explain the large moves in GFCI with actually little money needed to make the move... A game of musical chairs where each time a new group has bought on good news and the old group happy to leave with almost a whole loaf of bread... If GFCI remain's quiet each time doubts again appear and the shares are sold back to the shorts... In this case who are the shorts as real stock had to appear to be loaned out....My guess is that GFCI has no more than 22 million shares outstanding and the stock action was controlled by releases of both PR and stock.. With the proper timing all things are possible...If I am wrong,,, it's just another chapter in the GFCI book of fiction... hank
