If he infact changes A/S to OS for general expense purposes( in huge #s)it will deflate/slow down the trend he has started. One of a huge number of examples: I owned XMSR from 2001 took it from $3 to 14 and then the Secondary and it washed out 1/3 of the SP and then later another and another and each time the street reacted the same way, the SP went down 1/4 to 1/3. Now if % wise JF changes A/S to Float (*not tightly controlled) and it is say a 20% increase in O/S shares it will deflate the SP. Not to say it wouldn't recover in 3-6 months or less depending on performance and news, but initially it would go south.
By the way I kept my 16k shares of XMSR from 2001 - 05 and traded out from 32-37 in 05. It was a great stock even with *mimor dilution*.
If we get .03 -.10 PPS I will be elated but to hope for more is pretty nuts we agree on that one!
