why would institutions buy this stock, on what merit? for years management of this company has shown that it simply can't monetize the technology..in fact in the OTC market the stock is somewhat sheltered from shorting, on the big board shorting is easy and with current state of financials a lot of people will line up to short this stock, I hope Dr.H has some good contracts in the works to support 90M valuation otherwise it will be blood bath after the R/S
