My one thought is that J.Briscoe mentioned the Hay Mountain claims to have a reasonable probability of 100 BILLION dollars of ore which is minable commercially, pre discovery of the RREs. Adding to conclude that NASEBA & LBSR are not in a hurry for suitors to the point that JB&NASEBA/BOD are fully persuaded that the porifferies are going to bear massive fruit, so they are really focus on 1 fully committed suitor whom will sign an airtite JV thru from phase 1 drilling with a a full in force lock up for the phase 2 drilling with no backout clauses based upon expected results. The collective parties of interest are just now doing all of the necessary accountings to cover every base pre JV. DD or call it just being prudent about the commitment.
