NOT DOING ANYTHING IM A BUYER... Never a seller or short..

Im simply asking how an increase to 3.5B. is a postive and not a negative...

It tells me they do not have enough cash on their own to keep the co. going, so they are relying on us shareholders to bail them out at some point with all these extra shares available. We're not talking 10-100 Million here but 1 Billion... maybe Im wrong who knows
