GREAT EXPLANATION. BUT ISNT 3.5B. A LOT?

Im just saying wouldnt everyone feel more comfortable with say only 1.5B shares available?

When most companies keep adding shares in the A/S count they almost ALWAYS end up in the float because they increase it to sell shares at some point and raise money.

Would be MUCH better if he had announced a share BUYBACK or investor with capital coming in instead of adding another 1 BILLION to the share count, doesn't anyone agree?
