312 Shareholders as of 8/5/2014. Some agents there will not help you, but they can. That info, to my knowledge, has not been requested by the company to be withheld. But, I had tried another time, and the agent brushed me off. That was when I posted here on the board - asking if anyone knew if the transfer agent was "gagged" that's in slang terms of them not supposedly able to release info.

BION has also recently (like yesterday) released another 1,375000 shares (restricted), which brings up the total O/S to 370,045,184.

What's up with that? Are those shares being fed to the officers? Are they being used in exchange for services? Wondering how long they are restricted for?? And, also.... all these .05 shares that are being sold lately, are those shares that were exchanged 2 years ago, and now the restriction time has elapsed, and those folks that may have received those shares for services, they are selling them?

I'm frustrated a LOT regarding no "UPDATED" financials that would provide us info to answer some questions, and can't stand the way it makes BION look by having that "Stop" signal on the OTC site: http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/BION/quote.

I know a little about this stuff, but I'm ignorant about a lot of it. Like, exactly how much of any money that has been released from these funding incidences have they actually received in hand? If so, what are they doing with it? I don't think BION is a scam, but, we all know how money makes people greedy and corrupt.

I'm going to try and contact that guy that made the presentation at the ribbon cutting ceremony from AMEC, and just see if I can get a feel about the epc. No confidential info needed, just a little DD to appease myself.

I do suppose that one good thing about the un-restricted shares being released - obviously someone thinks they'll be worth good returns one day. So, anyway, the bottom line... we need an update.

ramseysher@netzero.com is my email - if I'm allowed to say that.
