The way I look at it the volume is low because there is not that much stock out there to be traded. The insiders own more then half of the outstanding stock if not more.The long term shareholders are in no hurry to sell after waiting seven to eight years for the company to turn a profit. If a investment or penny stock fund takes a liking to Capstone who knows were this stock could go. JMO do your own DD
