Hemp Inc (HEMP)

I dont own a position in this stock or any of the MJ stocks at this time. I've been keeping an eye on them for future positions and want to see how they move and if there's any pattern to their moves.

I see posters hyping stocks all the time as well as bashing. What makes what these people did against the law when its common practice on these boards? In fact its so common practice that if you mention that such and such is pumping or bashing, your post gets removed. That's what I don't understand.
