PEII OS shares as of 07/03/2014 = 21,595,023 with a Market Value of $1,079,751 @ $0.05/share, fast forward to 08/05/2014 PEII OS shares is about 57,500,000 (3X as many shares) with a share price of $0.006 and a Market Value of $345,000. Oil production of 15BOD coming out of Texas, Approximately 750 BBL's of oil sold for approx. $75,000 in the month of July (450 BBL's were in storage and an additional 300BBL's FS noted on radio interview) 12 months prior NO oil income from Texas. Dilution still happening and will increase if share price does not hold up above $0.01/share. FS has to keep share price above $0.01/share (within 30 days) if he wants to stay on the OTC.QB and it needs to be above $0.01 for him to get S-1 approval from SEC. Within the next two weeks the second quarter 10-Q will come out and should show a PEII's debt REDUCED by approx. $1,500,000 (substantial). Oil is about to flow from Snyder-Simmons lease in OK within the next two weeks and I'm sure a couple more PR's will come out as well soon. PEII files up to date SEC filings, Oil production will likely be 50 BOD total for PEII by the end of this month and 110 BOD by end of October. This is why "I" invested into PEII. This is based on facts and hard figures not fairy dust. This is why I believe this stock is grossly undervalued and barring outright mass dilution this stock will rise shortly. Not saying it won't flounder for awhile, it likely will until NEWS comes out but I think "LORD FLOYD" will come through for PEII, himself and by default us (the shareholders).
