Your perspective is noted and I too have seen folks mistakenly scream dilution when it's not. But I don't think that's the case here.

As observed by others here beside myself, the MMs associated with dilution have been on the ask for a while now, and with hidden blocks of 10,000 (However it may be a good sign that one of them was backed off today, but we will see).

You are right that they have to inform the public but I think that's if they dilute directly themselves (I think) with the dreaded form D (there are other forms too).

If it is convertible debt from a loan than it might have already been mentioned in a previous document that I overlooked. I admit those forms confuse me sometimes. Or perhaps they will mention it in the upcoming Q...

I'm no expert but I think it's pretty clear some entity IS releasing shares. I can't see where these millions of shares are coming from week after week being sold at the lowest PPS...That's not retail investors bailing or shorting...

Hey hope I'm wrong and you're right and PPS flies. I'm long because I like the sector and at these prices I think it's a worth while risk.

Again I hope some time from now we are all bragging about how smart we were to get in WEST now and we are laughing to the bank.
