Kodak, let's say you sell sears 2,000 bikes. You have to pay the manufacturer in china to make them, the way most import deals work is that you pay a portion of the balance while the product is overseas being readied, and then you pay the remainder when the product lands in the US.

Sears, isn't going to pay you for those for 60-90 days. After you deliver them. That's 90-120 days from when you spent the money for them.

This is why the cash flow doesn't work, this is why they needed to go public to use us as a giant crutch.
