I very much agree Critter. I am a fundamentals guy forever and like to buy things with something to support free fall to nothing land. I have more cash in my daughters college fund than most of the OTCs could come up with short of diluting their stock again. I would be very disappointed if this merger doesn't close, (and there is absolutely no hard evidence it won't).

Bottomline is just as you say. Clean shell with millions in cash. Only a complete fool would sell for a big loss in the trips even if the deal don't close. UNGS is in much, much better shape than they were last time it traded near 10. I don't invest in OTC what I can't let ride if it makes sense, and in does even under the worst scenario I can imagine with current info.

I've seen OTC with a PIC of a $500 pallet of energy drinks and a bazillion shares O/S sell for around this pps.
