Many people who sold today know very little about this potential deal. I say potential because its money that is available if it is needed or wanted as in case of a new acquisition. The deal is for 5mill shares for $5mill, with a cost to the company of 5%. It values the shares at $1.00 per share .All of you who think this company is crooked or making bad deals have no idea what you are talking about. If you are smart you will be a buyer in the morning at low prices as it will certainly reverse and head higher. I started a new position at 41c and im buying more at 40c if I get a chance.
