Yeah but can the company grow (or even remain in existence) without raising the A/S? It might be a little too good to be true. Not sure yet and definitely don't want to be left holding the bag with 0.60-0.80 shares like many that invested in MWIP in early 2013. I've made good money off MF's ventures but it took a lot of work.
