In Iowa, there was a ruling today on Continental Western's request for an order compelling production of an administrative record. Magistrate Judge Walters stayed the discovery stuff and denied the rest.

Continental Western has to file a response to the motions to dismiss on or before August 29, 2014.

Iowa becomes the one to watch for a ruling on the Motions to Dismiss. Judge Lamberth is on the Blackwater guard desk. Judge Sweeney allowed discovery in search of an answer to the question of whether she has jurisdiction, which will be a worthwhile endeavor, but will take a while.
