It's EXACTLY what happened and I bought some @.0038 and .004 just where I want too. Thanks to nervous sellers. This shake out will continue; I will continue to pick up shares. In the end CHS1 and others will wish they did to at these price dips. This WILL be a volatile month for PEII, It's all starting to come together for PEII and all will see by end of the month. Game ON! IMO. To be clear; I am NOT a pumper and in NO way work for PEII, These are ALL MY VIEWS for MY own gains. If others make money following my lead great, if not, sorry about your luck and mine too.
