good luck on the TA. I have done TA for about 20yrs now and if you can predict based on TA on micro pennies god love ya. Look at that Friday b4 the news no TA indication I saw. Then after the close PR came out, you sure started seeing TA on Monday.
All TA oscillators are based on historic price data. Better to work with Candles and the chinese rice merchants imho atleast it seems more indicative.

1# The OS share # is huggggggggeeeee and so is the float, so it is not tightly controled
2. You likely are seeing as many Flippers as Shorts, all taking day profits/
3. That news came out Fri at 4:20 EST after market close so it was a set up for the Shorts and the MMs it was like taking candy from a baby. They knew 100% what would happen on Monday as I did, and they played it. MMs make the money in VOLUME not cents per share, they want volatility and plenty of it.

4, The % gain on that opening Mon with the CC news (released after close the previous Fri) got up to 134% and any one in stocks would surely take the bet to short or MM at that point, they did it dove then came back more then slowly started again north until the boobs released the PR about the 25M authorized
Then it slid some, as alllll stocks will when you do that.

This to me, looks like manipulation at its best. lol The SEC might love to look at this and see what they can find,
