From the company testing announced in April test production of 1/3 oz of gold was made from 1 ton or ore from our first test run. Revenue from this testing was booked in the second quarter and will be included in the June 30, 2014 financials.

This quote from their most recent PR is interesting. They shipped a ton of rock from some unnamed mine to a lab in Apache Junction, Arizona, and supposedly recovered a third of an ounce of gold. And now they are declaring that revenue?

Okay, what about the labor and equipment to dig and load that ton of rock? And what about the cost to transport it from California or Nevada to Apache, in Arizona? And Apache's costs - they don't work for free.

My guess is that processing cost them a couple grand to recover 1/3 of an oz of gold (worth $400 or so). And they are claiming it is "revenue"? Do they think people are stupid? Does Fred really write these PR's??? Maybe that's how the math works when farming potatos, but it doesn't work for gold mining. For legitimate gold mining, I should say.
