Sorry, your wrong with that assessment, IMO, That is the last place FS wants this to go because it will blatantly be revealed to ALL that this is a scam if that happens and it will go to a NO BID situation real fast and he won't get S-1 or anything else from anyone. I think production is coming, that makes him more money because it supports share price much higher, much longer and he makes more money long term. All IMO.
