If I understood all that's going on

I'd feel more confident buying - but I haven't a clue. I bought shares yesterday, but did not add more today. Here is what I (think I) know:

Community Health Systems Inc. agreed to pay $98 million to settle federal claims of improper billing by the hospital company.

Community Health previously set aside $102 million to cover the settlement and its related legal costs.

The share price of CHHYZ could range from a high of $1 to a low of 0, depending on settlement costs.

Do you have any thoughts on how the bottom line will be affected by the settlement? What is the deadline for the share distribution?

I've been watching level 2 today - lot of action. Looks like fun!
