I think of it like this... Vfin was messing with it the whole day. Once he dumped his 78 million + shares he moved to .0022 and has not messed around since. I have seen this happen numerous times and every single time the outcome was the same... That stock ran to where vfin was at and attempted to break him. Jmo of course
