That PR had no news in it. What was new? No publix, no evidence of any finalized, signed contracts with any stores. No "surprise". How do we know the water wasn't given free to stores, for a trial run? We don't ... because that important detail has never been clarified by Rico. Where is any mention of any signed contracts with those stores?
