Look at what happened yesterday, had 1.5 million shares total daily traded and was setting up ok, stabilizing (until around 3PM) and then BAM! 4.5Million shares dumped by VFIN in the last hour of trading brought it down. Popped up a little this morning then, slid to here but wait, VFIN hasn't kicked into high gear, again, wait for it, wait for it... and , again, this sucks!
