philly, think about it, does FS REALLY need the S-1 approval, he is DIRECTLY doing what CPUS would be doing instead. Selling mass amounts of shares on a daily basis at or below BID towards the end of the day and then backing off just before the end of day to allow it to come back up a little. They will sell shares here at $0.005 here by end of day, watch.
