Why would anyone use Imerjn's Cloud when Amazon's Cloud Drive is nearly half the cost of Imerjn's Cloud?

Imerjn wants $479 per year for 500G of storage.

Amazon wants $250 per year for 500G of storage.

Amazon wants $500 per year for 1,000G's of storage.

So, who would pay Imerjn $479 for 500G of storage when Amazon Cloud Drive is just $250 for the same amount, and Amazon will give customers twice as much storage for about the same price? Imerjn just isn't competitive.
