Orders from police depts and stock buying is what get this one moving. I picked up 25k today at .049 and .05 with NITE never moving their 10k off the ask which means they have quite a few shares. I think I could have gotten them at .045 but NITE jumped me to see if I would move, which I did. .005 on only 25k isn't enough to argue about....LoL
