No down trend IMOP yet but this up leg will determine weather we are in going to resume bull trend or go in correction mode.
There is no reason for market to correct.
I do think treasury is trying to lock up some low rate in coming funding round. So they are suspecting higher rate that will correct market to tune of 20 % or more.
So we may not be far away from starting a bear market also.
I do not buy higher rates are bad for economy if rats are higher, consumers also get more on saving so they can spend more which is good in the long run.
Yes higher beta stock takes always bigger beating. So in that case you would be right.
