When you post something like the following:

Oh brother 1 billion shares for a AS is nothing in penny land especially sub penny land!

You need to put it in proper context - in less than a year DNAX has increased the A/S from 100 million to 1 Billion - that is a 900% increase.

And now with a amended Articles of Incorporation the BoD can increase the A/S without shareholder approval.
