First off I don't see how U interpret anything I said as Greg or me doing any kind of apology. As far as I am concerned if U knew what you were talking about you would be thanking him yourself but someday, maybe the whole story about Napoleon will come out.

I never tried to make anything about you other than your complaints about SH notices and to their composition. Why don't you volunteer to write them, or for that matter why hasn't anyone who has all the complaints about the BOD make an attempt to improve it by running as a director. To my knowlege no one has.

As to Gregs so-called bluster that is only your opinion and he obviously rubs you the wrong way. That unfortunately is a problem that you have not Greg.

I have no idea nor do I care what your background is but if you have worked in an enviroment like this there are times that you would have to trust the information you are getting from the big cheeze. Especially when time is of the essence etc.

You have no idea of the control that the Little Ceaser had, and I say had, and you have never seen me say anything good about him.

I guess it really doesn't matter as I will not change your mind or you change mine. What's important is that even with all your griping you should make money with this deal, IMO.
