My point is this, If you were CEO of a Major Solar Panel manufacturer, wouldn't you at least try to gain control of Solar3D's 3d solar cell technology, to keep it out of competitors hands? My 2nd point is valuation of Solar3D now that 3D Solar Cell is ready and they are searching for a manufacturing partner. If a big solar company is willing to buyout Solar3D for $1Bil, then SLTD is currently extremely undervalued. We'll see what happens, but whether or not Solar3D license or not, SLTD should still be trading at buyout price, whatever that is. At $1billion valuation, SLTD would trade at $3.33.
