The common share par value is .00001/share ONLY the 10M preferred shares have a par value of .001, Since this is last message for me for the day, lets hope Tinker Bell drops some magic fairy dust on PEII and you alike and turns both into something of value. Market Value today is about $415,000 @ .0078/ share even with nearly 54M OS, so definitely is under valued IMO.
