Per the 10-Q dated 8/5/2014 . Page 8, Note 6 states that 6,000,000 shares were distributed to shareholders as of 9/3/2014. Todays PR states that 2,416,115 were eligible for free trading. Are the remaining shares 3,583,885 ( 6,000,000- 2,416,115) held by AGTK insiders? Also I noticed on the OTC Company Profile that ETHG is in the OTC PINK (current information tier). Prior to the MWIP to AGTK name change I thought I saw a filing that stated that 800c would be OTCQX tier. NEXTMONTH and I discussed this months ago on the other board. just curious.
