Well for a cop you sure are overlooking all the facts that have been given you. Facts:

Share price has deteriorated to all time lows
1.5 billion shares were issued in 4th quarter 2005
20 billion shares have traded to date 2006 but no one knows where all these shares have come from.
Sandy has gagged T/A
RULIQUID, the KING of BKMP supporters claimed Sandy told him no dilution. (20 billion shares traded first quarter 2006 is not NO dilution)
CD reared its ugly head in the Sept filings
Sandy has made no press release on share structure although we all have demanded it.
No numbers of how many people requested March's PPV programing.
Starchoice expands the free programming capability for TFN (why are they not getting enough requests to support charging for it now)
No WEBSITE up yet.
No U.S. update although the working relationship with Trajectory was over a month ago (if the channel is so much in demand why has no one single cable company picked it up yet)
