about 24% success appealling obviousness
about 20% success appealling reasonable royalty
Of course, we are on the other side of those numbers 76%-80%

market cap of 280M does not represent the full win against GOOG

75% chance of 16 PPS
25% chance of 2 PPS

Resolving ZTE before the GOOG appeal decision would reduce the stress.
