I don't make excuses, no use for them. I make observations and do my digging into company history as needed. I'm not so interested in the past, I'm NOT investing in the past, I'm investing in the future of any company I get into. The past needs to be noted only if it looks like it is about to be repeated and then acted upon accordingly.
