Not at all. The general category is securities fraud and the specific item of securities fraud is only known to the SEC.

Can't help with interpretations made or lack of understanding...

How can you state that "only the SEC knows for sure what the reasons are" .....then state. " I know for a fact it was securities fraud". Sounds like contradicting statements to me
