Gary, imho, those trades that were made last spring at the level they were traded was an anomaly, imho. Some stock owners did good to sell when they did. The numbers that were traded shouldn't have been enough to bring the pps to the level that was experienced. Some investors in their haste to take advantage of the (private corporation) Lithium Technologies, Inc. run did not pay close enough attention to whom they were buying from and instead purchased Lithium Technology Corp. Did this happen to you? As far as the share structure goes, as of Sept. 2011: the Outstanding count was 2.03B and the float was 698.22M. Who knows what that count is today? Again, some lucky individual/s was able to unload and perhaps get out of this disaster of a so-called investment. GLTU. I hope we all fare better in the near future.
