NO!! It was the P&D Scheme that was in place but now seems to have fallen apart! Certain "associates" have been nabbed (read the related news) and they had a hand in this scheme! Now those that were buying for the past three weeks are looking to dump cause they know there won't be a P&D! Guess where BW has to go for more $$$? That's right....
