Yes. USPR is within the window. But, the point I am making that is ignored is WHY. WHY sell immediately before the expected fantastic result window opened, or after it did open.

The opinions are that after the expected fantastic results USPR will be either .40 or $3. Why not wait a little bit and sell shares at a much higher price???
