I have read some of them(PR's) and there are so many! Not that they have helped the stock. They haven't. Par val according to OTC .001

So since the stock continues to decline then its logic to go with the chart for clues of what is really in those PR's Seems nobody can believe them. Or that we aren't getting anything of value for our Preferred shares. Company says that will make dilution minimal but a Preferred share simply contains millions of common that will find their way to the float and those will count against the authorized right away. I believe the latest deals will just about max us out. If I am wrong then its because I am not a CPA or SEC accountant. But I think I am right. Still do your own DD.
