Well I have 30-40% without even trying as me and 3 friends own in excess of 10%. There are 4 investors out of Austria that also own approximately 10% who will support the plan.

Another group out of Belgium of 3 investors owns another approximately 10% who I think will support the initiative as well. Another group out of NYC with 3 primary investors and others owns 10% who will I expect will also back a plan here as opposed to the present status quo.

So with out much effort approximately 30-40 are supportive of a vote.

So only need 10% out of the remaining 60% to support a plan for change.

That of course is assuming all shares get voted? So we already have 50% if only 80% vote!

We'll see if it comes to the point where a vote for change is called.
