Briscoe has stated that he believes there could be 100 billion or more at Hay Mountain during his tours and with ZTEM now providing scientific if not absolute support....I can NOT imagine entities or individuals worth 100 million or more in NASEBA meetings not having 6 million dollars. They probably make that much in interest a few months! I think the delay is not in 6 million but in second part which was 60 million over 3 years regarding percentage of JV minerals , royalties, or share ownership. At least this is what I think...IMO.
