I mean this with good attentions stark....

I recommend you not make hard investments decisions because you THINK you have calculated out some hard drop dead date. Yes there are regulations. And there are also exceptions to them in the market on a daily basis.

What really happens to an OTC stock that misses a paperwork deadline by a day or two? Nothing is what happens.

I'm not telling you to follow with blind faith, but I highly recommend you not believe you got things calculated out precisely, cuz you don't, and neither does anyone else on this forum. Learn this or you will buy or sell too early or late until you lose all your money.
