I didn't mean to say that there weren't plenty of bad people elsewhere; I just meant that there are an inordinate number involved in penny stocks - from the penny stock management, the promoters, and the pumpers who will tell you to buy or hold, and at the same time they are dumping.

Yeah, sometimes it seems that everyone has their eyes on your wallet.
