I found this quite interesting from another forum

03 August 2014:
OMEX has been called all sorts of unflattering names in a short attack by Meson Capital, so I went to check out the company.
Here's the link to their home page:
http://www.mesoncapital.com/

Here's the copy from their homepage:
Welcome

Meson Capital, LLC, based in San Francisco is an entrepreneurial activist hedge fund that invests in proven businesses undergoing inflection points that we identify or cause.

We source ideas using proprietary software tools that map out connections between all the people, companies, funds, and industries in the US & Canadian stock market. When appropriate, we will take a hands-on, constructive approach to help companies create value for shareholders.

in the artwork on their home page, they have this peculiar looking diagram. I found it most curious.

While to some it may look like the photograph of tracks in a bubble chamber,
in reference to the "meson" of the corporate namesake, it is not that.

It is apparently part of an interrelationship diagram, or "mind map" used, among other places, to map linkages among factors and players in investigative scenarios. Prominent (if you look closely, and your display is high resolution) in the artwork is the name "Cyrus Hashemi" and a notation "1968 died under mysterious circumstances".

Struck me as a rather unusual choice for a corporate home page.

Curious, I found this link:

http://www.larouchepub.com/eiw/public/1982/eirv09n10-19820316/eirv09n10-19820316_046-the_real_story_of_cyrus_hashemi.pdf

which some may find of interest.

I will leave the making of connections between Meson and any individuals associated with the aforementioned affair as an exercise to the alert student.
