What makes you speculate that it's not the CEO. Sometimes you just have to take a persons word in life, Now I know in the OTC Micro-Crap world that's the last place to take anyone at their word. It does tell you a lot about the people who accept the word and those who have to have proof. Some are willing to step out in Faith with a very large wallet and accept the fact that the CEO will get it done however long it takes. Then there are some with little to no money invested can't and will not accept anything but the f-10 or a PR. The controversy alone here should tell you there is something great here and of value.
